The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all labels intact.
For electronic or hygiene products, the packaging must not be damaged.

3. Return Process

Please contact customer service to request a return. After approval, return address and procedures will be provided. The return will be evaluated after the product reaches the seller.

4. Refunds

After the return is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank refunds may take time depending on your bank.

5. Return Fees and Shipping

Return shipping fees for withdrawals may be borne by the buyer. If the product is defective, the shipping cost will be covered by the seller.
