Distance Selling Agreement

The following provisions govern the rights and obligations of consumers and sellers for sales made over the internet.

1. Parties

SELLER: İşaret Tourism & Investment Co.

BUYER: natural or legal persons making purchases via the website.

2. Subject

This agreement covers distance sales provisions related to the sale of products offered by the seller on the website.

3. Order and Contract Formation

The buyer makes an offer by completing the order form; the contract is concluded upon seller approval. Sales are subject to price and stock availability at the time of order.

4. Price, Payment and Delivery

• Product prices are valid at the time of order.
• Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or methods indicated on the site.
• Delivery is performed via contracted courier within the specified timeframe.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days following delivery under applicable consumer protection law. In case of withdrawal, the return of the goods and refunds are required.

6. Defective Goods and Returns

If the product is defective, the buyer should notify the seller. Legal rights are reserved; returns, exchanges or repairs are supported.

7. Termination

The parties may terminate the contract in the cases provided by law. Contractual obligations cease accordingly.
